Central to their discussions was the goal of strengthening ties across a broad spectrum of sectors — spanning politics, economics, trade, energy, tourism, culture, education, and agriculture, the press release confirmed.
"They further discussed promoting private-sector relations between the two countries through the organization of business-to-business meetings and business forums aimed at exploring investment opportunities and further increasing bilateral trade volume," the statement added.
Prime Minister Hun Manet underscored that both nations retain significant untapped potential to broaden their partnership, emphasizing that closer collaboration would yield tangible benefits for the citizens of both countries.
Amirbayov, speaking on behalf of Baku, affirmed that Azerbaijan is actively identifying new avenues for cooperation across promising sectors, with a particular focus on energizing private-sector engagement and accelerating economic and trade ties, the press release noted.
